If another usese your account to access the website in a way the violates the terms and conditions the indivudal who created the account is liable. Your password is not seen by the website. If you suspect there has been someone who has accessed your account other than you, you must notify us immediatley. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform within the rules of the terms. You may not steal from the platform, misuse the platform, etc. Your license may be canceled for any reason that we suspect is a violation of the terms. Any billing disputes must be completed within 30 days of the day that the payment was made. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within 30 days. Certain account holders may have different payment structures, different payment terms, different prices etc., based on there activity and memebership status. When you post videos, text, photos, and/or stream on the platform, you are confirming to the company that you have the legal right to make such material available on the platform, and to sell that material through perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to access and view such material through the Platform. If an account holder purchases a membership and the account holder offering the membership deletes video and/or photos. This material in no longer on the platform. But, a account holder may download account holder material off the platform. If an account holder is deleting a streaming account, there is a two day delay, with warnings, that the account is going to be deleted. You grant those who purchse material a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to view such material should they have it after and if you delete your streamer account.

With respect to any materials that you subscribe to through the Platform you acknowledge and agree as follows: (i) that we are neither the creator nor source of the account holder materials; (ii) that we simply offer a platform for account holders to create and share account holder material to share with visitors to the website; (iii) the account holder who posted the applicable account holder materials is solely responsible for any claims or liabilities associated with, arising from, or in any way relating to such account holder materials; (iv) your purchase or use of any account holder material is solely at your own risk; and (v) you forever release the Company, its affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, employees, agents, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all claims and liabilities associated with, arising from, or in any way relating to account holder materials. We may remove any materials we think may be a violation of these terms or for any reason. There are no private shows and there is no direct messaging on our platform at this time. You may subsribe to certain account holders accounts. We are not liable for the materials that they publish. We may cancel any subscription for any reason. Streams may be recorded, with devices by users. This is not our intent but we are not liable for this. If those unlawfully record and/or use your livestreams we are not liable for this. If a account holder who releases materials shares their personal information in a way that violates the law we are not responsible for this. If account holders have usernames that do not infringe on others rights, but do not share their personal information this is encouraged. Accounts holders are responsible for their own safety. We cannot accept resposiblity for messages sent through the plaform, but do make attempts to block the sharing of contact information. You indenfiy and relase us from any violations of any communication. There are to be no off platform interactions wherein individuals met on the platform.

Anything published to the website excluding your password, address, phone number, email, and address is considered to be public information. You agree to only share apprproiate information and to indenify us of any misuse of the information that you publish. We cannot monitor all that is published on the platform. You may cancel your account at anytime. If you published materials and request an immediate cancelation that deviates from the two day rules, you must email us the reason why. YOu are liable for any charges incurreed to your account. If you try to cancel your account with tokens in the account you will not ba able to. Please email us should you wish to do so and we may cancel your account. There are costs to process payments and the costs are factored into account holders payouts. If you cancel your account you willhave access to materials purchased. We may cancel or suspend your account at anytime for any reason that we see is an abuse of terms, legality or saftey. Once you cancel your account your are removed from our login system and will not have the ability to log in. If you are banned you will be removed from our login system and will not have the ability to login. You will no longer have access to material purchased. Account holders must delete all of their publishings before deleting their accounts. They must redeem any payments made to them before they delete their accounts. They may delete their materials before the two day rule expires or before deleting their account. We are not liable should there be any issues that arise from this. You acknowledge the following:
